We are a training centre for Veterinary Nurses which means that we can train nurses either via the NVQ or degree route to gain valuable and recognised qualification. All our vets and nurses are encouraged to take continuing training and development.
In 2007, we were proud to achieve Investor In People status. The IIP award illustrates our commitment to developing our staff and thus improving our levels of service and patient care.
We are also registered as a Tier 2 practice in the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons Practice Standards Scheme. This scheme was launched a few years ago to improve and benchmark standards of veterinary care. As an accredited practice, we have passed regular inspections carried out by an experienced veterinary surgeon focusing on a range of areas, including hygiene, health and safety, clinical governance and the facilities we provide.
The practice standards scheme is a voluntary initiative - not all practices are part of it. RCVS accreditation means that as a client you can rest assured that our practice offers the highest quality of care.
